Kick Off Meeting and Nerdy Tech Setup
By this point, you’ll have completed all the homework and uploaded images for your website.
We’ll schedule a meeting where, on a call with us, Avery will handle every line of code and every integration and connection to get all the tech stuff out of the way early (phew).
Then, together, we discuss your homework, question by question, to tease out more details and to deeply understand you, your vision and your brand.
Next, we’ll Chayse on developing moodboards and some possible color palette directions based on your homework, images and a cool Pinterest board we’ve worked on together. Avery pairs them with custom copy meant to evoke the feelings of the brand.
By end of the week, we have a finalized direction.

Homepage Design
During this week, we create a complete mockup of your homepage. This is our first chance to put everything together and get your feedback.

We get this question a lot. While we love flexibility, our experience has shown that splitting up services between multiple providers leads to delays, patchy results, and extra costs down the line. We only take partial projects under special circumstances—reach out and we’ll talk.

No, blog is not included. Not every client wants to blog, despite the massive SEO boost it gives. We do offer blog set up, however! If selected, your blog will be fully set up and launched with three pre-written, SEO-optimized posts. Blogging is one of the best long-term strategies for traffic, connection, and credibility—and we make it easy to keep it going with optional monthly packages.
The Total Package includes 5 main pages: Home, About, Services, Portfolio, and Contact.
Plus: Sitemap, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and a 404 page. All the essentials you need to show up professionally and legally.
