1 About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of quicksitedesign.co, operated by Quick Site Design LLC, using the name Quicksite Creative Studio ("Quicksite," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them before using the website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

2 Our services and your client agreement

Quicksite offers branding, copywriting, logo design, website design, foundational SEO, business coaching, and related creative services. The website provides information about these offerings and ways to contact us, request resources, and begin the booking process.

Purchasing services is governed by the separate service agreement, accepted proposal, and agreed payment plan for your project. Those documents govern the services, scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment obligations, changes, cancellation, refunds, ownership, and support that apply to your purchase. If these website Terms conflict with those documents about purchased services, the separate documents control. These Terms do not replace or amend an existing client agreement.

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a free resource or audit, or scheduling a consultation does not by itself reserve a project date or create a paid-services agreement. Your booking is confirmed through the applicable booking process and agreement.

Website prices and descriptions may change for future bookings. Your accepted proposal and service agreement determine the price and terms of your purchase. Any third-party financing is also subject to the financing provider’s terms and approval requirements.

3 Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, send unlawful or infringing material, or use the website to harass or harm others.

Only provide content and information that you are authorized to share. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in an ordinary inquiry form. We may restrict website access when reasonably needed to address misuse or protect the website. Restrictions on website access do not independently cancel or alter a separate client agreement.

4 Website content and intellectual property

The website includes material owned by Quicksite and material belonging to clients, photographers, licensors, and other rights holders. Those parties retain their respective rights. You may view the website and share links to it. Unless permission is provided or applicable law allows it, you may not copy, republish, sell, distribute, or use its text, designs, logos, photographs, or other protected material for your own commercial purposes.

Showing client work in our portfolio does not give website visitors rights to reuse it. Ownership and permitted use of work created for a client are governed by that client’s separate agreement and any applicable third-party licenses.

5 Resources and third party services

Articles, guides, free audits, and other general website resources are provided for information. They are not a guarantee of particular search rankings, bookings, revenue, or other business results. Your circumstances, implementation, and outside factors affect results. This paragraph does not change any express commitment in your separate client agreement.

The website may link to or embed third-party platforms, including scheduling, payment, financing, social-media, and other tools. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. We do not control their websites or guarantee their availability. Our Privacy Policy explains our own handling of personal information, including our use of providers.

6 Privacy

7 Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Quicksite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct where applicable. This section concerns the website; liability and warranties for purchased services are governed by your separate client agreement.

8 Governing law and disputes

Oregon law governs these website Terms, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply to you. If you have a concern about the website, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If a dispute under these Terms cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Washington County, Oregon, unless applicable law requires otherwise. By agreeing to these Terms, you and Quicksite agree that those courts are a fair, reasonable, convenient, and not unduly burdensome forum for those disputes, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, waive objections to venue there based on inconvenience or undue burden. Disputes about purchased services remain governed by the dispute provisions in the separate client agreement.

9 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Updates apply to future use of the website and do not retroactively amend a separate client agreement or remove rights that cannot be waived. Where applicable law requires additional notice or agreement, we will follow those requirements.
