1 Who we are and what this policy covers

Quick Site Design LLC, using the name Quicksite Creative Studio ("Quicksite," "we," "us," or "our"), is a creative-services business based in Beaverton, Oregon. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with quicksitedesign.co, inquiries, consultations, free resources and audits, marketing communications, and our client relationships.

We obtain consent or provide choices where applicable law requires them.

Third-party services have their own privacy notices. When we handle information on a client’s behalf, the client’s instructions, our agreement, and applicable law also govern that work. The client’s privacy notice addresses its own handling of customer information.

2 Information we collect

Information you provide. Depending on how you interact with us, this includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, website and social-media links, profession, messages, project goals, consultation details, and information you provide in questionnaires or other project communications. We also receive materials you choose to provide for your project, such as copy, photographs, brand assets, and feedback.

Booking and transaction information. We and our booking and payment providers receive contact and billing details, selected services, payment status, and related communications to manage agreements, invoices, payments, and transaction records. Financing providers collect information needed for their own services.

Website and device information. Our website and its providers may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring pages, interactions with the website, approximate location derived from technical information, and cookie or similar identifiers. The information received depends on the tools used and your settings. See section 5 for more about these technologies.

Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry or project. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through an ordinary website inquiry form. If a project requires access to an account or system, arrange an appropriate access method with us.

3 How we use information

Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide requested guides or audits, and communicate with you.

Prepare and perform our agreements, develop and deliver creative work, manage feedback, provide agreed support, and administer billing and payments.

Send newsletters and other marketing communications, subject to your choices and applicable law.

Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services; understand website use; and measure marketing performance.

Support advertising through the technologies described in section 5, subject to applicable settings, choices, and legal requirements.

Keep business records, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, prevent misuse, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Using project materials in a portfolio, testimonial, recording, or other promotion is subject to the permissions and agreement applicable to that material. Submitting an ordinary website inquiry does not itself grant us permission to publish its contents. We obtain permission before recording a client session as required by our service agreement.

4 When information is disclosed

Providers supporting our business. We disclose information as needed to providers that help with website hosting, forms and client management, scheduling, communications, payments, document and project work, analytics, and advertising. The tools used for the relevant interaction determine which providers receive information.

Our website uses Showit and includes Google Calendar scheduling. Our client booking and payment workflow uses Dubsado and Stripe. If you choose an available financing option such as Affirm or Klarna, that provider handles its application and financing process under its own terms and privacy notice. Our website also includes Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Sumo technologies; section 5 explains the tracking-related considerations.

Legal and protective purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security, address misuse, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business changes. Information may be disclosed in a proposed or completed business sale, merger, or reorganization, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

At your request or with permission. We may disclose information when you ask us to or provide the required permission.

5 Cookies analytics and advertising

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies can also collect information when a page loads or you interact with it. Some technologies support website or embedded-service functions; others measure use or support marketing.

Google Analytics helps measure website usage, including visits, interactions, and browser or device information. Meta Pixel supports marketing measurement and advertising. These tools can cause information about your device and website activity to be sent to their providers. A provider may associate that information with other information it holds, according to its settings and privacy notice. The website also includes Sumo and embedded services that may use their own technologies.

Our website is configured to send information about clicks to Quickstart to Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. That information can include the destination link, link text, the page where the click occurred, and launch status. The custom code for these click events does not check Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals before calling those services.

Contact [email protected] with questions about tracking or privacy choices.

6 Email and other communications

You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting [email protected]. We will honor your request as required by applicable law. We may still send messages needed for your inquiry, booking, project, payment, or other ongoing business relationship.

Review the marketing notice on a resource or audit form before submitting. Where required by law, we obtain consent for the relevant channel and purpose.

7 Keeping and protecting information

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining appropriate business and transaction records, meeting legal obligations, and handling disputes. Relevant factors include the type of information, the purpose of collection, the duration of our relationship, and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Project-file handover and storage responsibilities are addressed in the applicable service agreement.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8 Where information is processed

Quicksite operates in the United States. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other places where they operate, where privacy laws may differ. Applicable international-transfer safeguards still apply; submitting information does not waive your legal rights.

9 Your privacy requests and rights

Contact [email protected] to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location and the law that applies to our handling of your information, you may also have rights to receive a copy, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, or opt out of specified uses or disclosures, such as targeted advertising or the sale of personal information.

Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before acting. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Some information may need to be retained or a request may be limited where an applicable legal exception permits or requires it.

Where the law gives you a right to appeal a decision about a privacy request, you can email us at the same address and identify the decision you want reviewed. You may also have the right to contact the relevant privacy or consumer-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by applicable privacy law.

10 Children

Our website and services are intended for business owners and other adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact [email protected] so we can review it and take appropriate action. Client-supplied project materials remain subject to the client’s permissions, our agreement, and applicable law.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and its date as our practices or legal requirements change. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required before applying a change. Updating this policy does not itself authorize a use of previously collected information that requires separate consent.
