Like deer to headlights, moth to a flame, you cannot help but be desired purely for existing and all the more as you play the part to draw what you so rightfully deserve. Desire, yes, desire. Bold, sexy, confident and powerful - Nicole Chapman Design was about making an impact and allowing art to lead the way. In this, we broke from the square and simple format, working with longer, more flowing formats and including more rounded shapes and bolder textures.
Legibility wasn't the focus for Nicole - art was. She wanted people to look at her site and say "DAMN!". She wanted to set the expectation that her work was more that what other people offered. Nonetheless, there is an established coda for what someone in the wedding industry looks like and it would have been detrimental to not pull on that common idea.
The result? An extraordinary site truly unlike anything else.

A Brand In The Making
Explanation
This brand brings a strong, lavish and intimate feeling. While, of course, your brand is not overtly sexual in any way, this illustration helps to capture the strong pull coming from deep inside that causes one to lust after or deeply desire something. This brand is rich, confident and inviting you to search deeper and become wrapped up. They won’t be able to look away.
COLOR PALETTE
Earthier, juicier and more alive, this palette makes one think of rich, fertile soil, undergrowth and life. Crimson reds contrast succulently with deep greens, balanced by a maroon purple and redwood or olive and yellowish cream respectively, still allowing for play between them. The goal is contrast, boldness and a sort of shade that is so deeply pleasing to look at.

Nicole Chapman Design is a woman in her prime - confident, captivating and powerful. It fears not the gaze of others nor panders to it. Nicole Chapman herself is a trend setter in the floral design industry and is well known for her meaningful and artistic designs. We wanted that confidence and artistry to ooze through every pore of this site - unapologetically bold and feminine.
Through our deep and motivating discovery process, we settled on this direction. Working hand in hand with Nicole's feedback, we created a site that brought her to tears and made her feel completely seen.
